I am always a good option and not a good choice

I'm the friend that falls behind when there's no room on a sidewalk.

I'm the friend that gets left out when a group activity only needs two.

I'm that friend that no one notices. 

I'm that friend that no one would really miss if I just disappeared.

It's like I'm always a good option,

& not a good choice
